We’re always on the lookout for suitably qualified and experienced Radiographers and Engineers to join our team .

We’ve signed the Armed Forces Covenant, and as an Employer Recognition Scheme Silver award holder are committed to welcoming applications for service personnel without disadvantage. Recognising the value of their experience and transferrable skills.

Across the NRL Group we’re committed to opening up opportunities for people from all walks of life, including actively identifying opportunities to trainees to join our teams to receive the training and support to develop their careers – as a proud signatory of the Social Mobility Pledge. Our Disability Confident Committed certification reflects the inclusive approach we take to work with every colleague to ensure they’re well supported in their roles.

We’re a Great Place To Work® and Best Workplace™

We invited our colleagues across the NRL Group to share their thoughts about working with us through an independent, anonymous survey. An incredible 97% said they believe NRL is a great place to work. This valuable feedback led to us achieving the prestigious Great Place To Work® Certification™.

Great Place To Work™ then benchmarked our survey results against other participating organisations to identify the top employers. We’re proud to be able to say that in 2025, the NRL Group has been named on both the Best Workplaces for Development™ and Best Workplaces™ for medium-sized organisations lists – recognition driven by the exceptional feedback from our team
